Soft Errors is a live coding performance by Alex Raja Ven, presented alongside Sarah Imrisek at InterAccess , an artist-run centre for electronic media art in Toronto, Canada. Improvised in real time with code, the performance uses her personal library of MIDI piano recordings to explore systems, glitch, and unpredictability.
